Vodka Sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add onion, sauté until translucent
  2. Add the garlic and red pepper
  3. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes to burn off all vodka
  5. Transfer sauce to blender
  6. Pour in heavy cream and blend until smooth
  7. Pour the sauce back into a sauce pan and reheat
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste
