For this pasta dish, I traded the usual red sauce for a light creamy sauce and a ton of vegetables. It’s a bit lighter than Alfredo and with all the added vegetables, you don’t feel so guilty. The white sauce is still comforting as you’d imagine too! I’d like to think of this Vegetable Pasta Primavera as the adult version of macaroni and cheese, it’s creamy and wonderful.
