This recipe is for the very best pizza dough, the title is self-explanatory. I’ve made homemade pizza a dozen of times and I finally found the key to awesome dough. The recipe is simply four ingredients; flour, water, yeast, and sea salt. That’s it! No sugar or olive oil, but I promise it will be restaurant quality. Also, when I say restaurant quality, I am not talking about Dominos or Pizza Hut (not that I don’t love a good 2am Dominios order), I am talking about fire stone pizza.
