Is it just me or is sweet and sour chicken addicting? I have one bite and then I can’t stop popping chicken into my mouth as if they’re candy. I like to think I’m eating healthier by making sweet & sour chicken at home versus ordering takeout from a Chinese chain. It may or may not be the case, but I’m confident I add a little less sugar. This recipe is also missing out on the deep fried chicken, but it’s just as addicting.
