  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the olive oil and butter.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, as large as you desire. I made about 6 small/medium patties.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. When hot, place the crab cakes in the pan and cook 5 minutes and then flip and cook another 5 minutes until crab cakes are brown.
  5. Remove from heat and place on a paper-towel or a cooling rack to lose any excess oil. Serve Warm.
  6. Top with siracha aioli and green onions!
