Erik and I have been loving this Honey Sriracha Meatball recipe. I originally found a recipe on Pinterest a few months back from Eat Your Self Skinny and I’ve been making my own version, almost once a week, ever since. These meatballs are a great substitute for chicken and they add variety to our meals. We’ve been eating them as our protein with vegetables in Buddha bowls or simply by themselves as an appetizer. The flavors of sweet and spicy will explode in your mouth. These are definitely not my mama’s Italian style meatballs but they don’t fall too far behind.
These Honey Sriracha Meatballs are great for someone with a busy schedule. I threw these together in 30 minutes before heading to the gym and then ate them for dinner a couple hours later. They also can go in the freezer and still taste amazing reheated.
