  1. Preheat the over to 375 degrees & great a 5 X 9 pan
  2. Layer the bottom of your pan with the hash browns, pack them in
  3. Scramble the eggs in a medium bowl and add the milk, then continue to scramble
  4. Add the diced ham, cheese, salt, & pepper to the egg mixture
  5. Pour the mixture over the hashbrowns
  6. Bake for 25 -30 minutes or until the egg has set
Recipe Notes

Don’t be scared to add leftover veggies to your dish to spice up the recipe. Diced onion, peppers, or even broccoli would be a great addition!
