Grilling
  1. Season your chicken generously on each side with lemon pepper, garlic and salt & pepper and then grill for 12 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove the husk from the corn and place the corn on the grill to char, rotating occasionally
  3. Slightly drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over your eggplant slices and season with salt & pepper. Using a grill grid, throw the eggplant on the grill for 10 minutes. Flip after 5 minutes.
Salad Making
  1. After the grilling is complete, simply toss together all the ingredients and enjoy!
