Preheat the over to 510 degrees, if using a pizza stone be sure to preheat the stone while the oven warms up.
Roll the pizza dough out into a round circle and place on parchment paper. Spread around the olive oil and sea salt so cover the bottom.
In a large skillet, brown the sausage for about 8 minutes or until it’s cooked. Remove the sausage from the heat and drain the grease.
While the sausage is cooking, crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk. In a heated greased skillet, pour in the eggs. Let them cook 5 minutes stirring often to scramble them.
Once the eggs and sausage are cooked, top your pizza dough with both. Sprinkle with both cheeses. Top with red pepper flakes and pepper. Feel free to add cooked bacon or veggies too!
Bake the pizza on the parchment paper for 10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted and beginning to brown; you can use a pizza stone or round pan (the pizza is too heavy to use just the parchment paper alone).
