  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground meat. Once cooked through, drain the grease if any. Put back on low heat and mix in taco seasoning with 1 tbsp. of water. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl add chopped lettuce, black beans, tomato, corn, avocado, tortilla chips and green onion. Add slightly cooled ground beef and gently toss to combine everything.
  3. Drizzle with Catalina dressing or any salad dressing of your choice.
