Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

I used Enjoy Life- dairy free-soy free-nut free chips!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix together softened butter, melted coconut oil, and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well
Mix in the salt, baking soda, and almond flour
Fold in the chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (ungreased) and scoop the dough 2-3 inches apart
Bake for about 10ish minutes or until the cookies edges begin to brown.
After discovering that my baking soda was expired, I put my dough in the freezer for about 15 minutes to avoid prevent the cookies from thinning even more!
I used two different sugars because it was my first time making these and I didn’t know if they’d be missing something without a little brown sugar. Next time, I will try all coconut sugar!
