This Mexican Ground Turkey Stuffed Pepper recipe is a different take on the usual beef and rice stuffed pepper. Why are these so unique? Secondly, they are seasoned with cumin, chili powder, and salsa which gives them an authentic Mexican flavor and kick. And lastly, the Mexican ground turkey stuffed peppers are made in the slow-cooker which allows them to really soak up flavor. I promise you will like these stuffed peppers. Top them with cheese and avocado and you will be salsa dancing around the kitchen!…
