I adore this bacon breakfast quiche! It’s the best dish to make when hosting company for breakfast or brunch. The ingredients for a quiche are likely already in your kitchen, and it doesn’t take too long to prep. It’s easy to switch up parts adding vegetables or different meats, and it will still taste delicious….

I love breakfast. As a matter of fact, I wake up almost every morning before heading to work and make a hearty breakfast for Erik. You’d think I’m competing for the best wife award but really I’m avoiding the temptation of office bagels and doughnuts that greet us when we walk in the doors. This Egg in a Nest recipe is simple and fun!…
